At Naked & Thriving, we want you to love your skin and your results. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to begin the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely package the products in their original boxes and attach the return label to the outside of the parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
